About Me
 
I am a health care policy analyst and independent consultant ready to deliver technical assistance to your organization. I offer exprtise with Medi-Cal (Medicaid in California), long-term care and the development of alternatives to nursing home care.  I am familiar with community organizations and funding; including; independent living centers, area agencies on aging and regional centers. My passion is supporting those on the front line -- local communities, visionaries and care givers working to improve services to seniors and persons living with disabilities.
